September – October: Trails End Popcorn and Burgers’ Smokehouse Meat Sales

  • Download the Trails End app and sign up. As part of registration, you will need to know that you are part of the Great Rivers Council, the Boonslick District and Pack 703.
    • Sign up for Storefront Shifts: Go to the Trails End app and (1) sign in; (2) select “Storefront”; look for available storefront shift dates and sign up!
    • Online Sales: In the Trails End app: (1) go to “Manage Page” and fill out any of your child’s information you want to share; (2) Under “Share Your Page” click on the method(s) you want to use for online sales; (3) we recommend copying the link and sending it to your friends and family, as well as positing it on your social media outlets.
    • Wagon Sales: The concept here is that you check-out product and go sell the produce over a couple of days and return the remaining product and any sales revenues. Contact our Popcorn Kernal to check product out.
    • Take Orders & Deliver Later: In the app, under “Wagon Sales” you can take an order and collect the money, but not push the delivered button. Once you obtain the product from our Popcorn Kernal, you can deliver the product and select “Delivered.”

November 1 – Mid November: Noble Valley Wreath Sales

  • Selling details to come!
  • Pack 703, along with other local units sell holiday wreaths from Noble Valley Farms during early November with delivery shortly after Thanksgiving. Individual scouts sell to friends, family, and other community members. To perform individual sales, scouts can either (1) collect orders from their customers, submit their orders and all payments and deliver the products to their customers when the order arrives; or (2) point their customers to a website designed just for the scout, which allows all sales to be attributed to an individual scout, and deliver the products to their customers when the order arrives.

December 1st Begins a New Fundraising Year

Mid-February through Mid-April: Thrifty Tickets

  • Selling details to come!
  • Thrifty Tickets are coupon discount cards created by the Great Rivers Council in partnership with local retailers.  Each card is sold to customers for a face value of $10.00 and provides several discounts and one-time use coupons to local area business.  For each Thrifty Ticket sold, a profit of $6.50 is earned.
